BENEFIT- San Francisco!


Created by a pair of twins, Jean & Jane Ford in 1976, the San Francisco beauty boutique with a whimsical candy store atmosphere. The overall look of the brand is quirky & fresh, as the Ford Twins once said that,
"Who says makeup has to be serious to be good?"
The shop grew famous for delivering quick fixes for every girl's beauty dilemmas, & with the double dose of wackiness mixed with know-how, they successfully built Benefit Cosmetics into a global beauty brand.
The "friskiest luxury brand" now has over 1000 counters in more than 25 countries.
WOW.
(P.S. Recently the popularity of this cosmetic line has went up a lot in Singapore!)

  1. The combination of the old and new. Interesting. Retaining old designs in packaging but upgrading the old graphics and colours, giving it a total new makeup.( Pun intended )

  2. Although i do not have much contact with the brand, i would have to say that their products, the names they give their products and the way it looks is real good and would encourage people to buy them.

  3. Benefit is a brand i know since secondary school. At first i thought it was just like another brand like Maybelline, Loreal Paris brands. But when i went to get the items i want, i got a big shock. Because the price ranges was too much for me to afford.

  4. Ya agree.. their prices are a little too steep but many have said that their products are good :]

    I've used one of the products before, it costs me SGD40 ('cos i bought it online, if in stores will be like, SGD60?), which is quite a boom but the effect is nice :]

  5. Benefit has attractive packaging, the stuff are too cute for me though, i would prefer other cosmetic brands like chanel though with not such fancy packaging
